We are thrilled that you are interested in employment at Kansas Wesleyan University, one of the fastest-growing universities in the Midwest! KWU’s enrollment is up more than 30% since 2019, and the university has unveiled more than $12 million in capital improvements since 2022. That includes a new Nursing Education Center, significant renovations and improvements to Music facilities and the campus’ first newly constructed student housing in 60 years. If you become a Coyote, you are joining the place to be, a university truly moving toward greatness.

You’re also joining a city on the rise, Salina! Our hometown has a population of about 50,000, a diversified economy and has garnered national attention for its quality of life and for being a great place to raise a family.

KWU is proud to be a member of the Salina community! Many of our departments have very strong ties to organizations throughout the city, and Salina’s recent growth provides opportunities for students and employees to contribute throughout the region. The area also offers entertainment and dining options unlike any other city of its size in the region. The library, park system and schools provide wonderful opportunities for those raising a family, while the downtown area has recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation that provides boutique shopping and award-winning local dining options.
